I’m Chicago Jones, and I grew up on the south side of Chicago, where my family faced many challenges. My mother worked hard to provide my brother and me with opportunities and enrolled us in private high schools to steer us away from gang life.

As a child, I struggled with weight and faced teasing. My father, a state wrestling medalist, introduced me to wrestling, teaching me discipline, consistency, and resilience. The sport transformed my approach to challenges, both on and off the mat, despite the injuries I faced along the way.

Years later, I became a business owner in residential construction and worked in executive protection for celebrities. This demanding lifestyle allowed me to travel the world, gaining insights into diverse cultures and their fitness and wellness practices.

Now, I'm focused on bodybuilding, reigniting my passion for fitness and wellness. This journey inspired me to create FIWELI—a community dedicated to supporting others on their fitness journeys and recovery needs for life goals
